Although 99.9% of Urban Vine customers are reasonable with their refund requests, there are some customers who unfortunately take advantage of our refund policy for their own benefit.
With that in mind, please view our policy below:
1. Urban Vine currently has a 45 day "no questions asked" refund guarantee on all of our products. This means that any customer who requests a refund for any reason within 45 days of purchase will be granted a full refund, no questions asked!
2. After 45 days, all Urban Vine sales are final. This includes one time purchases and subscription products.
